Heavy-Duty 3-Layer Construction
Built with three functional layers for durable underbelly repairs:
- Permanent sealing adhesive for a strong bond to clean, dry underbelly material
- Tough reinforced braided layer for added strength and tear resistance
- Waterproof polyethylene outer film to help protect the repaired area from moisture and road exposure

When properly applied over holes, tears, seams, or service cuts, the adhesive bonds tightly to compatible RV underbelly material to create a durable repair and reduce the need for repeated temporary patching.

Choosing the Right Size
Use narrower widths for small tears, seams, and access cuts. Choose a wider tape when you need more overlap around larger damaged areas. A 50-foot roll is a good choice for multiple repairs, larger projects, or keeping extra material on hand for future maintenance.
How to Apply
- Thoroughly clean the repair area and make sure the surface is dry.
- Remove loose dirt, dust, grease, and damaged material that could interfere with adhesion.
- Cut a strip slightly larger than the opening or damaged area so the tape overlaps sound material on all sides.
- Apply the tape and press firmly across the entire patch, paying particular attention to the edges.
- For improved adhesion in cooler conditions, gently warm the tape with a hair dryer or heat gun on a low setting. Do not overheat.
Important: This product is intended as an underbelly repair material. It is not a chew-proof rodent barrier. Inspect repaired areas periodically and reinforce or replace the patch if lifting or new damage occurs.
For shipments to Canada:
Duties apply when the shipment value is $150 CAD or more. Import taxes (GST/HST) apply when the shipment value is $40 CAD or more.
This means shipments under $40 CAD are exempt from both duties and taxes, shipments from $40–$149 CAD are subject to taxes only, and shipments of $150 CAD and above are subject to both duties and taxes. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier at delivery.
We recommend using USPS for shipments to Canada. While delivery may be slower, it is more cost-effective and avoids the additional brokerage fees charged by UPS.
Order Processing
In-stock items typically ship the same day or the next business day after your order is placed. Transit time depends on the shipping service and carrier selected at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

$4.99 flat rate shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. USPS and UPS carrier-calculated shipping options may also be available at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and Canada use available carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
General Return Requirements
Contact returns@rvrodentguard.com before sending an item back. Returned items must be in the condition required for their product type below.
Rodent Barrier Products
- Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- All hardware must remain attached
- Breakout or trim tabs must remain intact
RV Underbelly Repair Tape
- Unused and uncut
- Returned in original, saleable condition
Aerosol and Sealant Products
- Unused and unopened
- Returned in original, saleable condition
For safety and carrier-compliance reasons, opened or partially used pressurized or aerosol products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we provide a return label for a standard return, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
