Slide-Out Rodent Entry Barrier

RV Rodent Guard creates a removable physical barrier at exposed slide-out mechanism openings, helping keep mice and other rodents from getting inside your RV. It’s an RV mouse guard designed specifically for one of the most overlooked entry points on a slide-out.

Designed for hydraulic and electric slide-out mechanisms, the guard protects the frame opening where the mechanism extends and retracts the slide—not the square slide support arms.

Hydraulic Slide-Outs

Many hydraulic slide-out installations have enough clearance for the guard to remain in place when the slide is retracted. Always check the clearance on your specific RV before leaving the guard installed during slide operation.

Electric Slide-Outs

For electric slide-out installations, remove the guard before retracting the slide. Installation and removal take only moments, making it easy to add to your normal campsite setup and departure routine.

In-stock items typically ship the same day or the next business day after your order is placed. Transit time depends on the shipping service and carrier selected at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

$4.99 flat rate shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. USPS and UPS carrier-calculated shipping options may also be available at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and Canada use available carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

Pressurized and aerosol products, including Pestblock Insulating Foam Sealant, are limited to eligible ground shipping services and are not available for expedited air service.

For shipments to Canada:

Duties apply when the shipment value is $150 CAD or more. Import taxes (GST/HST) apply when the shipment value is $40 CAD or more.

This means shipments under $40 CAD are exempt from both duties and taxes, shipments from $40–$149 CAD are subject to taxes only, and shipments of $150 CAD and above are subject to both duties and taxes. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier at delivery.

We recommend using USPS for shipments to Canada. While delivery may be slower, it is more cost-effective and avoids the additional brokerage fees charged by UPS.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

General Return Requirements

Contact returns@rvrodentguard.com before sending an item back. Returned items must be in the condition required for their product type below.

Rodent Barrier Products

• Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
• All hardware must remain attached
• Breakout or trim tabs must remain intact

RV Underbelly Repair Tape

• Unused and uncut
• Returned in original, saleable condition

Aerosol and Sealant Products

• Unused and unopened
• Returned in original, saleable condition

For safety and carrier-compliance reasons, opened or partially used pressurized or aerosol products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we provide a return label for a standard return, its cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
