RV Rodent Guard operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide rodent‑deterrent products designed for recreational vehicles, trailers, and related applications.
RV Rodent Guard is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchase of RV Rodent Guard products.

We do not guarantee that our products will completely prevent rodent entry or damage, and no product should be relied upon as a sole method of pest control.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. RV Rodent Guard reserves the right to accept or decline any order in its discretion.
Orders are not accepted until payment is received and confirmed. Once accepted, orders may not be canceled except as required by applicable law or expressly permitted by our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale, export, or commercial redistribution without written authorization.

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount due.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. RV Rodent Guard is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier errors.

RV Rodent Guard is powered by Shopify; however, all sales are between you and RV Rodent Guard. Shopify is not responsible for products sold or disputes arising from those products.
