Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
When contacting us, please include:

•    Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to evaluate the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
