In stock items typically ship the same day or the next business day after your order is placed.
Transit time is dependent on the shipping level and carrier selected at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
$4.99 flat rate shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. USPS and UPS carrier-calculated shipping options may also be available at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and Canada use available carrier-calculated shipping rates shown at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. RV Rodent Guard is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship returned or undeliverable packages.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to evaluate the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
