Rodents can enter an RV through surprisingly small openings—especially around slide‑out mechanisms. RV Rodent Guard is a purpose‑built, mechanical solution designed to block this common entry point before unwanted pests make their way inside your RV.
Unlike sprays, foams, or temporary fixes, RV Rodent Guard physically protects the exposed opening in the RV frame where the slide‑out pushrod operates, helping prevent damage, odors, and costly repairs.
Please Note: To prevent damage to RV Rodent Guard, we recommend removing the product before retracting the slide‑out. We suggest incorporating installation and removal into your normal arrival and departure routines. Some RVs may have sufficient clearance to allow the guard to remain installed while retracted; however, clearance must be verified on your specific RV prior to permanent installation.
RV Rodent Guard is sold individually and one is required per hydraulic or electric actuated slide-out mechanism.
For shipments to Canada:
Duties apply when the shipment value is $150 CAD or more, Import taxes (GST/HST) apply when the shipment value is $40 CAD or more.
This means shipments under $40 CAD are exempt from both duties and taxes, shipments between $40-$149 CAD are subject to taxes only, and shipments $150 CAD and above are subject to both duties and taxes.Please note that duties and taxes are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier at delivery.
We recommend using USPS for shipments to Canada. While delivery may be slower, it is more cost‑effective and avoids the additional brokerage fees charged by UPS.
Order Processing:
In stock items ship the same day or the next business day after your order is placed. Transit time is dependent on the shipping level and carrier selected at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to evaluate the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- All hardware must be attached
- Breakout tabs must be intact
- The item must be unused and uninstalled
Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@rvrodentguard.com and include:
- Your order number or the email used to place the order
- The reason for the return
- Customer provides return shipping
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing occurs within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund
